I spent a lot of time mulling over the words 'acid casualty.' I don't remember exactly where I saw them, but I know they were in reference to Syd Barrett, founding member of Pink Floyd.

Those words have a lot of power. The power of music and the lifestyle around it to warp someone into something they never dreamed they'd be.

That inspired the album.

Fully original, except for "Five Years (Live)", which is a David Bowie cover.
